The Note

22m Drama 2013

An alcoholic is haunted by the events of a traumatic childhood. He now carries with him the item that he holds responsible - the note.

Aiden Gillen stars as Lars, a middle-aged alcoholic, who through his addiction has lost everything. He carries around ‘The Note’, a constant reminder of his childhood in which he was subjected to sexual abuse at the hands of a school priest. He finds solace only in the bottle as he stalks his now young boy, longing for a life he’s thrown away.
